Cylinder Head:

Cylinder heads are used in internal combustion engines as a cover for the cylinder block. It encases the cylinder to form the combustion chamber and is sealed by a head gasket. Cylinder heads play a key role in the proper functioning of an engine. At SEACO, we manufacture cylinder heads, for single to 6 cylinder engines, in raw casting as well as fully machined ones with the valve seat and guide fitted. With the weight ranging from 11 to 110 kgs, the choice of material used to manufacture the product is either Grey Iron, wherein both casting and machining are manufacturedwith it or Aluminum, wherein only the machining is made and the casting is sourced from outside. Our cylinder heads are used largely in Tractors and Commercial modes of transport. We produce on average a volume of 180,000 casting pieces and 300,000 machined pieces every year.
